-Advance payment of 30% of the total reservation at the time of making for confirm it.

- The outstanding balance of the reserve you will have to pay on your arrival in CASH to the person that will give you the keys.
- Tourist Tax of the local Goverment is not included (3.30 € VAT included per day and person) until 03/312022
- Tourist Tax of the local Goverment is not included (4,40 € VAT included per day and person) from 04/01/2022
- Check in time from 15:00 to 20:00.
- Check out time until 11:00 maximum

- Late Check in conditions:
       Arrivals after 20:00 pm will be charged an additional 30€
       Arrivals after midnight (00:00) will be charged an additional 40€.-

-Is necessary that you send us your time arrival a few days before your stay for we can give you a good check in service.

-CANCELLATION POLICY:In case that you have to cancel 3 days before your arrival refund the 30 % of the prepayment. After this 3 days the prepayment of 30 % will be not refund

-Alos Apartments reserves the right to cancel a reservation in these cases or to ask the clients to leave the apartment, without the right to be refunded under any circumstances:

-No pets allowed.

-It is not permitted to accommodate more people than indicated in the reservation.

-Our customers have to respect the right to peace and quiet that the neighbours have, so levels of noise should be kept reasonable at all times.

-Parties are not permitted,in any accommodation of our building.
